Included in all valuations is what we have termed an Econometric Analysis (Click on the blue words to go to the section that describes our unique way of measuring market trends) Econometric Analysis uses statistics and graphs to provide our Clients with a measurement of the value trends the market area or market segment in which the property being analyzed and/or appraised is located.

This way, our Clients will then able to see both statistically and graphically how a market segment is performing. The current Economic Chaos and declining prices has everyone asking "Where's the Bottom?" - how low will prices go.
